Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are typically delivered within 1 days after payment confirmation and are shipped locally via motorcycle with tracking. International shipping services will be available soon.
Please note that shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary depending on the distance. For local delivery, packages are typically delivered within one day in Kigali and two days for other cities.
While we currently do not have a tracking system, we offer follow-up by phone to keep you informed of your package's progress. Please note that your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but we take special care to protect fragile objects.
Our boxes are amply sized to ensure that your items are well-protected.
